On October 17, the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan at the sitting debated in the second reading procedure and endorsed the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA Law on the Notice of the Activity Implementation, on Amending the RA Law on Licensing and on Amending the RA Law on State Duty. The draft laws on Amending the RA Law on the RA Investigation Committee, on Amending the RA Law on Prevention of the Illness Caused of Human Immune Insufficiency Virus and on Amending the RA Law on Remuneration of the State Officials were debated and endorsed. The draft laws of the abovementioned draft laws will be included in the draft law of the RA NA upcoming regular sittings’ agenda.

The sitting of the RA NA Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan was also held.

The legislative package on Housing Mortgage Crediting, on Amending the RA Law on Consuming Crediting, on Amending the RA Law on Bankruptcy of the Banks, Loan Organizations, Investment Companies, Investment Fund Governors and Insurance Companies, on Amending the RA Law on Public Bargaining and on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code was debated authored by the RA Government in the second reading.

The package of bills on Amending the RA Law on the Banks and Banking Activities, on Amending the RA Law on Insurance and Insurance Activities and on Amending the RA Law on Bankruptcy of the Banks, Loan Organizations, Investment Companies, Investment Fund Governors and Insurance Companies was also debated in the second reading.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan presented the RA Government proposals on the package.

The Committee endorsed the draft laws included in the draft law of the agenda of the sittings to be convened on October 24, 2017 of the second session of the NA sixth convocation.

The draft law on Amending the RA Law on Auditing Activities, presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan, was also debated and endorsed by the Committee.

The Coordinator-expert of the Budget Office Gagik Barseghyan presented the report on the works done in the third quarter of Budget Office, and it was approved by the Committee.
